Pet Policy

No more than 2 pets per unit (two cats or one cat, one dog or two dogs).
Half-month rent (regardless of 1 or 2 pets) will be required as deposit.

Pet Policy & Restrictions / Restricted Pets means any pet:
  • Deemed to be an exotic pet as per Greystar standards. It is illegal to keep a wild animal, as designated under the BC Wildlife Act, as a pet.
  • That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal causing physical injury.
  • That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury.
  • That has been made the subject of an order under Ontario, British Columbia, Dangerous Act.
